It is also developing MiNK-215, an IL-15 armored tumor stromal targeting the FAP-CAR-iNKT program to treat solid tumors and inflammation; and MiNK-413, an IL-15 armored CAR-iNKT program targeting B cell maturation antigen for auto-immune diseases. The company has collaborations with Autonomous Therapeutics to target and treat metastatic tumors; and ImmunoScape, Inc. to discover and develop T-cell receptor therapies against targets in solid tumors. The company was formerly known as AgenTus Therapeutics, Inc. and changed its name to MiNK Therapeutics, Inc. in June 2021. The company was incorporated in 2017 and is based in New York, New York.
