Analysis Summary
Financially, this discrete issue is expected to result in a $20-$25 million charge, covering a quality claim, material scrap expenses, and temporary plant idling costs. For the full year 2025, adjusted EPS is expected to be $5.40-$5.45. These estimated results, while slightly below the midpoint of full-year guidance, were bolstered by stronger-than-expected performance in the Electronic Materials and Precision Optics segments.
